Speaking, writing and storytelling are the sweetener in my life, like spending time with family and friends, hiking in the mountains, or singing Karaoke.
When I engage different generations in discovering new perspectives on aging, or facilitate groups sharing their wisdom on aging creatively, or raise awareness about the pervasive ageism in our society, I don’t call it “work!”
